Before joining the Amber Law team, Uģis Lapiņš’s clients were leading Latvian companies in the fields of tourism services, medicine, pharmaceuticals, waste management, geological exploration, food trade, etc. Clients have been provided with legal assistance in the creation of a packaging management system, conducting an environmental impact assessment, restructuring of merchants, company transfers, purchasing a shopping centre, as well as daily legal support in commercial transactions.
