Kristaps Mežinskis’ main specialization is litigation in civil and administrative proceedings, representing clients in all court instances in relation to disputes in real estate and commercial law matters. He has gained extensive experience in resolving tenant-landlord relations and resolving residential property management disputes. In the field of commercial law, he specializes in the formation of companies and structures, the reorganization and liquidation of capital companies, in accordance with the clients’ desired business model. In litigation, he has represented clients in disputes between capital company shareholders.

While working in the real estate field, he has participated in the closing of many complex and intricate transactions, developing the transaction structure and documents, both from a legal and tax planning perspective. He has participated in the development of several large real estate projects, providing legal support at all stages of the project.

In family law, he has gained experience in divorce matters. In inheritance law, he has represented clients in various matters, including resolving cross-border cases in other countries outside the European Union.
