Jūlija Dzērve specializes in the areas of commercial law, immigration and real estate law. She has significant experience in providing legal assistance in obtaining various types of residence permits in connection with the purchase of real estate and employment in various sectors, as well as servicing business acquisition and structuring transactions, as well as preparing real estate transactions: purchase and sale, lease and rental transactions. Jūlija Dzērve represents clients in court in real estate disputes and other civil disputes.

Before joining AmberLaw, Jūlija Dzērve’s previous experience was gained at AS Norvik Banka and one of the largest Baltic law firms. In her previous experience, Jūlija Dzērve has provided legal assistance to international and local clients such as Benetton, Jeld-Wen, Impel Serviks, Sentor Pharm Aptiekas and others.
