Julija Dzerve has specialized in the practices of commercial law, immigration and real estate law. She boasts a considerable experience in provision of legal assistance in obtaining various kinds of residence permits based on acquisition of real estate and employment in various industries; furthermore, she administers transactions concerning acquisition and structuring of companies, as well as real estate transactions: acquisition and sales, leasehold and rent transactions. Julija Dzerve represents interests of clients in courts regarding disputes related to real estate and other disputes governed by the civil law.
